Motion: That the 2025 - 2026 WCCES board of directors and WCCCE Steering Committee comprise the following:

Discussion:
Frank:
- hosting institution holds all financial responsibilities
- how can WCCES better financially support WCCCE
- how would this work if we sought sponsorship

Charley
- hopefully this will improve as we progress
- knowing how MR works: if this room was rented to an outside group, it would double the price?
- flexibility can be beneficial 

Patrick Perri:
- happy to share any resources that they've used

Mike Zastre (UVic)
- work that Steering committee does is already immense
- given how publishing model is changing, maybe the Society can start supporting that?
- 

Bill Bird (UVic)
- strong point of each institution doing things with their own flavour
- if society can support things the institutions are not best suited for
